Image Trend NEMSIS Version 3 rollout.

If you are a member of an agency that uses the regional Data Collection system. If you have not heard, because of a national change there is a new version coming out. This is the same program with a different look, with different ways of entering a PCR.

There is NO requirement to attend a rollout, it is simply an option to help you prepare. All users are STRONGLY ENCOURAGED to log into the system and verify that they can log in. The system will go live when the ball hits the ground on new years 1/1/2018. Because of a state mandate any PCRs done in the current system after the start of the new year will not count and will be required to be redone in the new system.

If you choose to log into the system feel free to play around and enter TEST PCR's. All data will be purged once the system goes live. PCRs completed here are not Live actuall responses must still be documented in the current system (Field Bridge). The system can be accessed at: https://www.imagetrendelite.com/Elite/Organizationbcehs/RunForm/Login

There are currently three training sessions scheduled and you can register at the following link or from our web page www.bcehs.com<http://www.bcehs.com>

11/16 - Squad 185 @1500 hrs. (almost full)
12/5 - Squad 151 @ 1900 hrs.
12/13 - Squad 168 @ 1830 hrs.

The training session will start with user training for the first 1 - 1.5 hours followed by administration training if needed. If you have a lap to you are encouraged to bring one.
